There is need to understand the sources of public expenditure growth and the quality of public expenditures, to determine whether they directly contribute to economic growth. Dr. Suleiman Aruwa obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. Accounting and Finance from Ahmadu Bello Unversity, Zaria and Ph.D Accounting and Finance from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
